The Honorable James “Hondo” Geurts
With over three decades of invaluable leadership experience in the national security sector, James “Hondo” Geurts is recognized for his abilities to rapidly field emerging technologies and create and scale innovative solutions. Having served in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Special Operations Command, and the U.S. Air Force, Geurts is a proven leader in the most challenging and complex situations.
Major General Brett T. Williams (retired USAF)
An accomplished senior leader, founder, board member, and executive coach with cybersecurity and leader development expertise, Brett T. Williams has an extensive background leading large and complex multi-disciplinary organizations and is an experienced independent director. His final Air Force active-duty position was Director of Operations, U.S. Cyber Command. In addition, he is a combat-experienced F15 fighter pilot.
Robert E. Bruck
With over 40 years of experience in semiconductor business development and leadership as well as global supply chain management at Intel Corporation and Applied Materials, Robert E. Bruck brings vast expertise in the innovation-to-commercialization process, government and university relations, and industry consortia programs to the board.
Hamid Zarringhalam
Hamid Zarringhalam is Corporate Vice President of Nikon and Co-GM of Nikon’s Advanced Manufacturing Unit. In addition, he simultaneously serves as President and CEO of Nikon Advanced Manufacturing Inc. and Nikon Ventures Corporation. Hamid is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nikon SLM Solutions AG and has served on several public and privately held boards.

Jesse Lea
CEO
Jesse Lea is the CEO of Nikon AM Synergy, leading the company’s mission to deliver trusted, end-to-end additive manufacturing solutions. With a career spanning aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing, he brings proven expertise in technology integration, business leadership, and customer partnerships. Jesse drives innovation and collaboration to position Nikon AM Synergy as a leader in the global AM industry.
Pedrum Sodouri
Vice President, Business Development
Pedrum Sodouri is Vice President of Business Development at Nikon AM Synergy, driving U.S. growth and strategic partnerships in advanced manufacturing. With over two decades of global leadership, he has guided additive manufacturing from early development to industry adoption, including roles at Nikon, Norsk Titanium, and Pacific Western Aerospace. He authored two SAE AMS standards and received the 2018 Aviation Week Laureates Award.
Matthew Parker,
Director, Engineering & Operations
Matthew Parker leads metal additive manufacturing at Nikon AM Synergy, advancing LPBF programs, machine reliability, and enabling defense-ready production. Previously at Senior Aerospace, he secured funding to launch the Senior AM Center of Excellence, delivering 40+ qualified flight part numbers, several patented. Two Iraq tours and airborne operations forged the disciplined resilience that underpins his commitment to innovation and integrity.
Lance Fujimoto
Facility Security Officer
Lance is Nikon AM Synergy’s Facility Security Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in DoD Industrial Security and safeguarding classified programs. He previously supported major defense initiatives at Raytheon, served as a Federal Background Investigator, and held leadership roles at Parsons and Mercury Systems. At Nikon, he is driving security excellence to advance additive manufacturing for aerospace and defense.
