Nikon AM Synergy Inc. is a trusted, American Additive Manufacturing (AM) Engineering Solutions provider for mission-critical defense, aerospace, and space, as well as industrial applications. We are conveniently located in Long Beach, California, in close proximity to our clients and partners. Our company objective is to enable and accelerate AM solutions for National Defense applications and beyond by leveraging the American-made, Nikon SLM Solutions’ laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) metal AM equipment portfolio.

Comprehensive AM Engineering Capabilities
Since the company was first founded in 2015, it has been continuously serving the defense, aerospace and space industries. After being acquired by Nikon Corporation in 2023, it underwent a significant reorganization including new leadership and a refreshed mission. Today, Nikon AM Synergy Inc. is an integral part of Nikon Advanced Manufacturing (Nikon AM).
As the Engineering Solutions provider for the Nikon AM business unit, Nikon AM Synergy delivers an array of services and solutions ranging from parts’ design, optimization, and qualification, to thermo-mechanical large platform simulation and deformation compensation capabilities, as well as product realization in the form of proof of concept, low-rate initial production and serial production. Nikon AM Synergy delivers trusted and comprehensive AM solutions using cutting-edge simulation, manufacturing and qualification technologies to fully satisfy customers’ performance, timing and budgetary requirements.
